Childhelp's Courage First Athlete Helpline

The Courage First Athlete Helpline is the only national, centralized, free helpline that exists solely for athletes, parents, coaches, and anyone in any type of sports community. Our trained athlete counselors provide crisis intervention, emotional support, and informational resources to help-seekers reaching out with questions or concerns about abuse or mental well-being in sport. We welcome athletes of all ages and levels to contact us by call, text, or chat, M-F from 12-8pm PST at 888-279-1026 or athletehelpline.org. Calls outside of these hours will roll over to the 24/7 Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline.
